Returns & Exchanges Policy – Saint Rock Co.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns

  • You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Sale/clearance items and custom designs are non-refundable unless faulty.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once your return is received and inspected.

  • If your requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Where to Send Returns

The return address will depend on where your order was shipped from.
When you contact us, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions for your order.


Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items.

  • For other returns (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@saintrockco.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if faulty).

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your item back using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us.
